This personal data processing policy is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security by LLC “AEW CERT” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The Operator considers compliance with the rights and freedoms of citizens during the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, as one of the most important goals of its activity. This policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website aeweld.uz.

The purpose of processing is to inform the User via email newsletters, conclude and execute contracts, provide access to the services and materials of the website.

The Operator may also send notifications about new products, promotions, and offers. The User can unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications.”

Anonymized data is used to analyze user behavior and improve the quality of the website.

5. Legal Grounds for Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data only if voluntarily provided by the User via forms on the website. Filling out the forms signifies consent to this Policy.

Before starting cross-border transfer, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state provides reliable protection of the rights of data subjects.

Transfer to countries not meeting the requirements is possible only with the written consent of the data subject or for contract execution purposes.
